The past couple of weeks have been busy for me. Lots on the go with aviation related filming and finally I’ve managed to get the web TV show, Biz Adelaide off the ground. After many delays holding up production the first show has been produced with one client taking the whole segment for the first show.
GlenRoyDavie Visual Solutions has produced artwork for a 6m by 2.7m glass panel display at the Home Ideas Centre on South Road near Adelaide.
Here’s the video:
If you know someone who needs business advertising using web video, Biz Adelaide may be just what they’re after.
12th-14th April 2012 the South Australian Aerobatics Championships were held at Murray Bridge. Several participants from all over Australia competed for 1st place in their category. I produced several videos from the ground, whilst David Wilkie took to the air to record a bit of formation flying. The videos and photos can be seen on www.5dme.net
I recorded the following interview with Jeremy Miller from the Australian Aerobatic Club. It was produce for AVIATION NOW on 5DME.NET
The following video is the air-to-air as recorded by David Wilkie.
Sunday the 15th of April 2012 was the Aldinga Aero Club’s annual charity day. Again, on scene for 5DME.NET and the Aero Club, I recorded various footage for distribution on YouTube and for the production of a DVD for the club. It was a great day and some kids went back for a second flight.
Using a set of older Miller sticks was great as the weight allowed for more steady panning and tilting whilst videoing fast moving planes.
On Friday 13th (yep! Friday 13th) of April 2012, QANTAS operated it’s first bio fuel flight into Adelaide. I was present for www.5dme.net and the new aviation show AVAITION NOW. Recording vision and media interview. I even got a question in about crew numbers.
It was great to meet up with Capt. Philip Davenport and have a chat in the QANTAS Club after all the fanfare was over.
This week saw the beginnings of a new web TV show for aviation enthusiasts. The show, AVIATION NOW centres it’s focus on news and information from the South Australian aviation sector. My involvement with the show has many facets including, host, camera, editing, post and graphics.
Here is a sample of a WEEKLY BULLETIN. Bulletins provide the latest info between the monthly production of the show.
Aviation Now will follow a format that includes studio and OB content.
